The project's goal is to promote knowledge about the geological and natural heritage of the Earth, as well as to offer a virtual means of experiencing unique, remote, and fragile natural sites and ecosystems. The project aims to enhance environmental literacy and awareness of the value of wildlife conservation.

2. Legal Status of 3D Models and Limitation of Use

2.1. Important Notice: The 3D models presented on this site are artistic and educational interpretations of terrain and do not constitute cartographic materials, topographic maps, plans, navigational aids, or spatial data as these terms may be defined by any applicable national or international law.

2.2. The models are not intended for navigation, engineering, or other practical purposes. Their use for the following tasks is strictly prohibited:

Navigation on terrain, route planning, or orientation;

Design, construction, or engineering surveys;

Any other official, commercial, or practical purposes that require the use of accurate, licensed geodetic or cartographic data.

2.3. The models contain inaccuracies, simplifications, and artistic elements added for visual expression and do not possess documentary or metric accuracy.

3. Data Sources

3.1. All 3D models are created based on publicly available remote sensing data, specifically Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data provided by NASA (SRTM mission) and METI/NASA. The use of this source data is carried out in full compliance with the policies of their respective distributors.

4. Legal Compliance and Operating Principles

4.1. Regarding Protected Natural Areas: The project respects the goals and objectives established by the legislation governing protected areas. The demonstration of artistic interpretations of landscapes is aimed at raising awareness of their value and fragility. This project does not create or imply any right of physical access to territories with restricted access regimes and does not encourage visiting such areas in violation of established rules.

4.2. The project's objective is to model exclusively natural landscapes of scientific and educational value. The author is aware that various jurisdictions may have legal restrictions on the dissemination of certain information. Therefore, the author undertakes a good faith effort to avoid the creation and publication of models depicting sensitive sites or restricted-access territories as defined by applicable national laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The author of the project shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or other negative consequences arising from the use or inability to use the Materials on this site, especially for consequences arising from the use of the 3D models for purposes for which they are not intended (see section 2.2 of this document).

5.2. All responsibility for the use of the information presented on this site lies solely with the user. The Materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property and Collaboration

6.1. All Materials created within this project are the intellectual property of the author. Any commercial use is permitted only with the prior written consent of the project's author.

6.2. The author of the project welcomes collaboration with non-commercial, educational, and scientific organizations, as well as with the administrations of national parks and other protected areas. For such organizations, the Materials may be provided on preferential terms, including free of charge, for use in purposes consistent with the project's mission. 6.3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting data from the 3D model is prohibited.

6.4. The use of models, their data, or visual results for training any machine learning or artificial intelligence systems is strictly prohibited.
